These types of shower doors inherently have longer and less predictable lead
times because the glass is specifically fabricated and tempered to fit
precisely in your shower surround. The clock starts ticking when we have
two things: (1) measurements taken off of the finished hard surface (tile,
granite, marble, etc.) and (2) and agreed upon design. At that point our
engineers immediately engineer and order all the materials. At that time we
hold a tentative spot in our schedule a couple weeks out. When we receive
all the material for the enclosure we set up an actual install date. That
often happens sooner than our tentative install date. |
